Always Wear Gloves When Cleaning with Chemicals

2/27/2024

There are many cleaning chemicals out there, probably many more than can be named in one blog post.

Chemicals for cleaning windows, toilets, metal, plastic, wood, and so on. Although most of the cleaning agents you buy in stores are likely safe for the most part, there are synthetic chemicals that your body is not used to, so you should always wear gloves when working with cleaning chemicals.

Did you know that even though you may not be allergic to certain chemicals, you can become allergic over time due to exposure times? If you don’t wear gloves while working with cleaning chemicals, over time you may become allergic to those compounds. In any case, whatever you may be cleaning and whatever you are using to clean it with, use gloves to prevent damage to your skin and nails.
